Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments, invoices, and other financial matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient repair of vehicles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
