Job Summary:

CSN Collision is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments and paperwork.
  • Assist with coordinating repairs, including scheduling and communicating with customers and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer information and repair status.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or repair shop environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
