About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
