Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
  • Install and configure computer systems and software
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use computer systems and software
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
