Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to our customers, resolving issues with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use computer systems and software
  • Manage and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
