Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Provide customer service and support to users
  • Manage incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The Help Desk Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to users in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Help Desk Technician will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
