Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide technical support and assistance to newcomers and refugees, helping them to integrate into our team and access our systems and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
