About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Jheeta & Jheeta Builders. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Preparation: Help mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
Work Environment

As a Painter and Decorator Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in various locations and adapt to changing work environments.
