About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team at Kattana Renovation Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of painters and decorators to achieve project goals and deadlines.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect and monitor work in progress to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment for all team members, and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Recruit and hire skilled painters and decorators to join our team, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in painting and decorating, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
    • Knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and equipment.
    • Ability to estimate costs and manage budgets.
