Position Overview

Quicker Foods Inc is seeking a dedicated Food Service Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily restaurant activities and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operations
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • Organize and manage daily workflows
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Develop staff schedules
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory and manage stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets
  • Implement methods to optimize work schedules
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-20 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
