About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 1763071 Ont Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Hire food service staff
    • Develop and maintain relationships with team members
  • Operational Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure high-quality customer service
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Prepare food order summaries for chef
