About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 1763071 Ont Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized and budgets are met.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
