About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Language: English.
