About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with HR Leadership: Work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Support Business Partners: Provide guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Develop and Implement HR Initiatives: Design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  4. Provide HR Expertise: Offer expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, benefits, and compensation.
  5. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure that our HR programs and initiatives are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Strong HR Knowledge: A strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and programs, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to Work in a Matrix Environment: Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Generalist Experience: Experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on associate relations, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting.
