Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 employees to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve employee performance
  • Operational Excellence
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability
    • Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Technology and Systems
    • Ensure the effective use of electronic cash registers, point of sale systems, and other technology to streamline operations
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Ensure that employees have access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Work Environment and Culture
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
