Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Training: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
