About the Role

Froyd Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food
    • Portion and wrap foods to order
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs
  • Inventory and Maintenance
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
    • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
