Your Role with Us

In the position of Inside/Counter Sales Associate, you will be pivotal in fostering relationships with our clientele by addressing product inquiries, managing the customer database, and processing orders efficiently. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your role will also involve supporting our field sales and project management teams.

Your Contribution to Our Success

  • Customer Support: You will assist customers with inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Impactful Service: Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will make a significant difference.
  • Brand Representation: You will enhance brand visibility while supporting sales initiatives and improving customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is consistently upheld.

Who You Are

  • You possess 1-2 years of experience in inside or counter sales.
  • Your communication skills enable you to build strong customer relationships.
  • You can effectively manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Your interpersonal skills allow you to share knowledge effectively.
  • Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.
