Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols
  • Engage in membership sales
  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Check in members and guests according to company guidelines
  • Manage communication through club software during member check-in
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Inform members and guests about special events
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Promote and sell retail products
  • Process payments for member services in line with company policies
  • Familiarize with club facilities, services, and schedules
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by club management
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Perform opening and closing duties

  • Participate in monthly or weekly departmental meetings and employee training sessions
