About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Promote products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Complete a broad range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
- Assist with responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred
