Our Business Model

We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Job Summary

We are hiring Retail Warehouse & Production Associates to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform other duties as assigned
