KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive content.
  • Support laboratory operations by monitoring utilities and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Conduct calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
  • Manage samples, including logging and coordinating shipments to external testing laboratories and vendors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold performance standards.
  • Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) protocols and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to quality system enhancements.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance within a GMP environment is preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team setting while prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be necessary.

Hourly compensation is set at $25.00.
