Partnership: Collaborate closely with high-ranking officials, international partners, and external entities. Development: Enhance your expertise in strategic planning, project oversight, and international diplomacy.

What Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Strategic Oversight: Direct and manage strategic services across the International Relations Branch and division, facilitating interdepartmental initiatives. Provide secretariat support for significant committees, monitor action items, and prepare briefings for senior leadership. International Consultation: Supervise coordination and consultation activities for global strategies, manage extensive projects, and ensure senior officials are updated on current trends and developments. Mission Coordination: Assist in the logistical planning and execution of out-of-province missions and visits for the Premier and Minister. Oversee budgetary processes, manage logistical elements, and offer expert guidance on travel policies and procedures. Executive Support: Aid the Director in mission coordination and strategic service functions, and assume the role of Acting Director when necessary.
