Le Représentant Commercial Interne Senior joue un rôle clé dans la vente de produits, le traitement des commandes clients, la fourniture d'informations tarifaires et techniques, ainsi que la résolution efficace des problèmes rencontrés par les clients. Responsabilités Principales :

  • Accueillir les clients de manière rapide et professionnelle, en comprenant leurs besoins et en y répondant adéquatement
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients dans des délais appropriés
  • Négocier des prix spéciaux avec les clients et les fournisseurs si nécessaire
  • Résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle et effectuer un suivi pour garantir la satisfaction
  • Suggérer des produits alternatifs et promouvoir des articles ciblés pour augmenter les ventes
  • Se tenir informé des connaissances sur les produits et des compétences techniques

Exigences :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur ou formation pertinente
  • Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais
  • Compétences interpersonnelles démontrées
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles
  • Orientation vers le service client
  • Maîtrise de MS Office
