We are in search of a dedicated Sales and Event Coordinator who possesses a strong customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive a luxury experience tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and comprehend clients' event requirements, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Perform administrative duties related to events while supporting the entire event team.
  • Draft all necessary event documentation, including proposals, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors, operational teams, and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
  • Organize all essential event components, including catering items, floor layouts, timelines, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay all pertinent details required during the planning phase.
  • Assist in attracting potential clients through venue tours and promoting our hospitality brand.
  • Contribute to the sales team's objectives and meet annual targets.
  • Keep detailed client files from inception to completion, adhering to all procedural guidelines.
  • Exhibit professionalism and composure under pressure.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Proficiency in MS Office is required, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in event management or sales is preferred.
