Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aankia Foods Inc. DBA The Tikka Bar. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, including carcasses, sides, and quarters.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, including removing bones and cutting poultry into parts.
- Fish and Seafood Preparation: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, including cutting fish into steaks and fillets.
- Grinding and Special Orders: Grind meats and prepare special orders as needed.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and a team player.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
