Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers upon arrival, qualify their needs, and determine their specific requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist estimators with various administrative duties, including data entry, phone calls, and correspondence with customers and insurance companies.
- Communication: Maintain contact with customers throughout the repair process, proactively inform them of any changes, and confirm financial arrangements prior to vehicle delivery.
- Coordination: Coordinate rental vehicles for customers, schedule estimating appointments, and relay important information between parties.
