Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our staff scheduling department, you will be responsible for assisting clinical units and departments with scheduling and related functions to ensure sufficient staffing levels on a 24-hour basis.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of staffing schedules to meet the needs of our clinical units and departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to our staff and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our staff scheduling team to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our staff and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Grade 12, or equivalent required.
- One (1) year experience working with ESP or other computerized staffing system performing extensive staffing and scheduling functions for an organization.
- Customer service experience where the primary function was acting as a direct point of contact for customers via telephone and/or in person required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high demand environment required.
- Experience with Excel required.
- Previous staff scheduling experience.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
