Position Overview:

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within our establishment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding operations.
  • Supervise the assembly of meal trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Oversee the delivery process of food trolleys to various service areas.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, including food service counter attendants and kitchen assistants.
