- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant setting
- Provide comprehensive training to team members on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their daily tasks.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new culinary staff.
- Coordinate and manage buffet and banquet services.
- Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure efficient daily kitchen operations.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards.
- Prepare meals accommodating customers with specific dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare both complete meals and individual dishes as required.
- Direct supervision of general cooks
