- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
- Recruit and onboard new food service personnel
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and food wastage
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of meals
- Manage a team of 3-4 employees
- Oversee food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers
