Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings comply with established quality control standards.
  • Order Management: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Coordination: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to guarantee timely service.
Qualifications
