As a vital member of the Research and Evaluation unit, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Research and Evaluation. This team serves as a critical resource within the ministry, tasked with delivering thorough research and evaluation services pertaining to the criminal, family, and civil justice systems in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-depth analyses of Justice-related initiatives.
- Craft logic models, theories of change, and tailored evaluation and research frameworks specific to justice programs.
- Offer expert consultative support for the ministry's research and evaluation information requirements.
- Facilitate the effective use of research and evaluation within the ministry.
- Participate in activities aimed at building capacity within the organization.
- Enhance knowledge translation by effectively communicating evaluation results.
- Adopt a collaborative approach to develop frameworks, tools, resources, and reports that are both practical and impactful.
