About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Petabit Networks Inc. as a Technical Support Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our clients and internal teams, resolving computer-related issues and ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals and industry expertise.
  • Training and Development: Offer training and guidance to users on computer systems, software, and best practices.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents, maintaining a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and internet infrastructure.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and recoveries of critical data and systems.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
