We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Special Dietary Requirements: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Meal Planning and Execution: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
