Our Opportunity: RBI oversees a portfolio of over 5,000 properties worldwide for the Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs brands. Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager for Burger King Development & Franchising, the Analyst position will be tasked with managing the daily financial and operational aspects of a designated region of Burger King properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
  • Evaluate and authorize CAM reconciliations and budgets.
  • Establish vendors for payment and update contact/banking details for existing vendors (including landlords, contractors, and professional services).
  • Review and prepare estoppel certificates.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage collections of outstanding debts.
  • Draft and formulate lease abstracts for new agreements.
  • Engage with landlords, franchisees, and external vendors on various real estate matters arising in daily operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Lease Administration or Property Management roles.
  • A degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in teamwork, especially in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and navigate uncertainty.
  • Experience with a ticketing system to organize tasks and manage service quality and timeliness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) is advantageous.
