Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Marketing Strategy, you will:

  • Deeply understand our target audience and maintain brand identity and guidelines to effectively represent our brand across various marketing and PR channels.
  • Oversee lifecycle and email marketing initiatives to enhance conversion rates from prospects to trials.
  • Generate high-quality leads within the mid-market segment for our sales team.
  • Drive demand generation and improve top-of-funnel metrics, focusing on increasing website visitors and qualified leads.
  • Ensure organizational alignment with brand guidelines and educate all departments about our customer base.
  • Monitor marketing performance and submit detailed reports, while exploring innovative methods to attract and convert new customers.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Lead and inspire the content creation process.
  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy that integrates all online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Design and implement robust marketing strategies to enhance awareness of our business activities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, preferably in a product marketing management role, with a strong background in online or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience in eCommerce or FinTech is highly desirable.
  • Proficient understanding of brand management and direct marketing principles.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in utilizing marketing analytics, customer insights, and segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and approaches to achieve objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for identifying strategic challenges and making informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills across various product lines.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive work ethic, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change.
