Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives at various organizational levels.
- Enhance user experience by continuously improving digital properties and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and user engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- At least five years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a complex organizational structure.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in a client service or agency context.
- Background in a post-secondary educational environment is advantageous.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
