Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, and audience assessments to formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with market needs.
  • Oversee the strategic direction for the Sims Franchise on mobile platforms in partnership with studio and Franchise Marketing teams.
  • Lead the Go to Market initiatives for Sims products across Mobile channels.
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to convert performance data into strategic insights.
  • Direct marketing strategies into channel-specific marketing efforts across various sectors.
  • Establish performance targets throughout the advertising funnel for user acquisition campaigns.
  • Administer the global marketing budget to ensure optimal resource distribution and scalable growth of products.
  • Guide a cross-functional team to meet product business objectives.
  • Work closely with product teams on roadmaps and testing methodologies.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in developing Go to Market strategies for successful mobile game launches.
    • Over 10 years of expertise in mobile performance marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage substantial marketing budgets effectively.
    • Experience in supporting the development process from initial game concepts to live service execution.
    • Track record of enhancing mobile campaign performance for a global audience.
    • Experience in marketing to a diverse range of audiences, including Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials.
    • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven experimentation to enhance performance metrics.
    • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
    • A genuine passion for The Sims franchise.
