Job Title: Amusement Electronics Technician

Cineplex is seeking a skilled Amusement Electronics Technician to join our team at Playdium Whitby. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance diagnostics to ensure gaming equipment meets industry standards
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on gaming equipment, including installation, testing, and inspection
  • Collaborate with the Technician Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety procedures and industry regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum college diploma in Electronics or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in gaming equipment maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
