Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a motivated, approachable, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager to guide our well-established team. This role is perfect for someone eager to join a genuine family-oriented atmosphere where both personal and professional development are actively supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer leadership, mentorship, and training; serve as a role model for team leaders and frontline staff.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance restaurant performance through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a prominent presence on the floor to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.
  • Work closely with our dedicated Ownership, In-House, and Operations teams to guarantee that both staff and guests enjoy their time while savoring our delicious offerings.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior management experience in a medium to large full-service environment, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, recruitment, training, and reporting processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of product quality, guest service, and operational standards.
  • Outstanding team management, delegation, conflict resolution, coaching abilities, and the capacity to inspire and guide others, while also acting as a catalyst for change.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Understanding of plant-based dietary lifestyles is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of independent thinking while following guidance from the Operations team and Ownership.
