Support General Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a motivated, approachable, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager to guide our well-established team. This role is perfect for someone eager to join a genuine family-oriented atmosphere where both personal and professional development are actively supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer leadership, mentorship, and training; serve as a role model for team leaders and frontline staff.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance restaurant performance through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Maintain a prominent presence on the floor to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.
- Work closely with our dedicated Ownership, In-House, and Operations teams to guarantee that both staff and guests enjoy their time while savoring our delicious offerings.
Essential Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a medium to large full-service environment, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling, recruitment, training, and reporting processes.
- In-depth knowledge of product quality, guest service, and operational standards.
- Outstanding team management, delegation, conflict resolution, coaching abilities, and the capacity to inspire and guide others, while also acting as a catalyst for change.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Understanding of plant-based dietary lifestyles is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of independent thinking while following guidance from the Operations team and Ownership.
