CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations, including guest feedback and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
