Position Overview:
As an Inventory Control Specialist at Costa Coffee, you will play a pivotal role in managing our stock and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of passion, teamwork, and exceptional service to create memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team with enthusiasm and resourcefulness, driving the store to achieve new heights.
- Take ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of inventory, labor, and team training.
- Develop and mentor your team to help them reach their full potential, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Maintain high standards of stock management, ensuring that all products meet our quality expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our brand standards and maximizing every sales opportunity.

- Proven experience in leading a team and inspiring excellence.
- A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members, preparing them for future leadership roles.
