Key Responsibilities- Operational Management

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.

- Education
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
