About the Opportunity:

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing information about our vehicle inventory. You'll work closely with our Product Ambassadors to assist customers in booking test drives and help motivate and train staff to excel in their positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our vehicle inventory
  • Assist customers in booking test drives with our Product Ambassadors
  • Help motivate and train staff to excel in their positions
  • Work collaboratively with our Business Development Team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and confident team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team with excellent coaching and leadership skills
  • Exceptional phone skills and ability to work well with computers
  • Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
