Job Description

BUSHRA IMPEX CANADA INC is seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business growth and development.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
