Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Top Aces is a leading provider of advanced adversary training services, and we're seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and order parts as needed
  • Complete required computer entries and functions
  • Ensure airworthiness and safety policies are complied with
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve production goals
Requirements:
  • Transport Canada Accepted Aircraft Maintenance Training course or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience on commercial or military aircraft an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs
  • Working in confined spaces
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and shift work
  • Will be required to work outdoors
  • Travel required for the position
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Employees are responsible for working in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety acts and regulations, following safe work practices and procedures, and reporting hazards to their supervisor immediately.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Position requires Level 2 Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
