Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Top Aces is a leading provider of aerospace and defense services, and we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and order parts, and perform required computer entries and functions.
  • Work collaboratively with a crew to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain personal records.
  • Ensure airworthiness and safety policies, processes, and standards are complied with.
Requirements:
  • Transport Canada Accepted Aircraft Maintenance Training course or an Accredited Course.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience on a commercial or military aircraft, an asset.
  • Ability to work on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and shift work according to flight operations.
  • Will be required to work outdoors.
  • Travel is required for the position, including international travel.
Security Clearance Requirements:

Position requires Level 2 Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
