Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at A99 INTERNATIONAL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Financial Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Screening Questions: Answer screening questions, including those related to education, experience, and financial benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
