Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Complete Management Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
